Corporate Diversity Associates, LLC (CDA) specializes in talent acquisition and supplier support services for corporations and institutions across the country. Our mission is to give our clients a competitive HR advantage by providing them with cost effective and innovative support services that advance their diversity and inclusion efforts.

To develop our Corporate Diversity Network CDA staff travels the country recruiting top-caliber minority talent and businesses at national and regional conferences and conventions, as well as colleges, universities, and advanced degree programs. Once a business or candidate creates a profile, they are active members of the Corporate Diversity Network and are able to view and respond to all available job and business development opportunities.

We believe that our innovative business concept helps our clients conserve their resources while still gaining a higher Return on Investment. CDA has the capacity to handle all follow-up with candidates after initial contact, provide prescreening options, as well as target aggregate searches based on qualifications. In order to become a CDA client there is an annual fee that allows access to the Corporate Diversity Network. This access includes unlimited job and business opportunity postings as well as discounted advertising rates, and Network searches.

Our innovation continues with the creation of our “Welcome Home” service. This service is designed to support the relocation efforts of corporations and institutions when hiring minority talent. Once a candidate is selected to interview, CDA will provide a pre-visit interview to evaluate the expectations of the candidate’s cultural, social, and professional desires and expectations in order to make their new city “home.” CDA will design a visit for the candidate that showcases the benefits of living and working in the region as well as its cultural diversity. CDA will compile a report addressing all of the wants and needs of the candidate and their family and upon their arrival CDA will provide a tour of the city or surrounding areas based on the pre-visit interview. Also during this visit, CDA will coordinate cocktails and dinner with some of the areas community and corporate leaders, in an attempt to demonstrate the immediate network a candidate will have upon their relocation. Once the candidate returns to their current home, CDA will conduct a follow-up interview to best gauge the candidate’s interest and further continue to market our client and the region.

At CDA we believe that the proper marriage of our Corporate Diversity Network and our Welcome Home services will give our clients the biggest advantage of them all, RETENTION. Once a candidate or business recognizes the lengths that our clients have gone to in order to diversify their workforce and supplier relations, they will have a sincere appreciation for those efforts, which ultimately translates to loyalty.
